Delivery – Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. All items are sent by 1st class recorded for post. Items that are in stock are usually sent out the next working day.

Sizing – Although several different suppliers are used most of the t-shirt manufactures are the same and the sizing hardly ever varies from the following guide:

Chest Sizes (Armpit to Armpit)

Small – “42 Chest
Medium – “44 Chest
Large – “46 Chest

XL can be requested if needed. Please email bugme@frogflip.co.uk if you need more information regarding sizing.

Packaging – all t-shirts are individually bagged and then sent in a secure mail envelope.

Returns – you can return goods up to 7 days after you receive your order. You can only return goods if they have a genuine fault. All shirts are inspected before they are sent so hopefully they should be ok but if for any reason one has slipped through then please contact us before returning the item. The item will be exchanged for a replacement and sent out as soon as possible.

Payment – you can pay for your items either online with the PayPal facility or you by cheque by selecting the appropriate option during the checkout. Cheques should be made out to Frog Flip and sent to the following address:
